Grenade
A grenade is a small bomb typically thrown by hand. Generally, a grenade consists of an explosive charge, a detonating mechanism, and firing pin to trigger the detonating mechanism.

Yes. It spawns at 11 kinds of place: Abandoned Bunker, Abandoned Bunker Vault, Kill Box, Military Base, Prison, Research Facility, Residential Area, Secret Bunker, Shipwreck, WW2 Bunker and Weapons Factory. It also comes from Armed NPCs and Loose Weapon Spawns.
Where to get the Grenade
Bought by the Armoury, needing 210 fame to buy; and a trader pays 275 for one, vanilla. Every server sets its own prices.
