RPK
The RPK is a selective-fire (semi-automatic and automatic), gas-operated 7.62×39mm light machine gun. The RPK features a thicker and longer barrel than the AKM. This enables it to be fired for longer without permanent loss in accuracy due to the barrel heating up. The main feature of the rifle is that it can take both regular AK magazines and its own 75-rnd drum magazine. The RPK entered service in early 1960s and can still be seen in action to this day.
