Magic Pills
Activated Charcoal, Potassium Iodide, Antibiotics, Painkillers, and Vitamins. I've known a man who took a pill of each. He's the last one to try because all of those pills are now officially out of stock, imagine that. The emptiness is huge, but the reward is also not bad. Plunder pharmacies and hospitals, check the houses around The Island, and I'm sure we'll both be happy.
