Transformation Genius
The art of Scalpel and the art of Chainsaw go hand in hand on The Island, but if anyone wants to do a complete makeover, they come to me. I did pull out a few BCU-s in my time, but everyone else looked much better! Bring me some surgery necessities and watch me do my work. Also, you get a reward, so do keep an eye out.
